Memberships of FDA
| Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association (AAAA) |
|---|
|
The Automotive Aftermarket Industry is concerned with manufacturing, re-manufacturing, wholesaling, distribution and retailing of all vehicle parts, accessories, tools, equipment and services...except those products which are used in the manufacturing of original equipment. |
| Federation of Automotive Products Manufacturers (FAPM) |
|
FAPM is recognised by politicians, government officials and the industry at large as "The Voice of the Automotive Components Industry". Regular consultation is maintained with State and Federal Governments, the Department of Industry, Innovation, Science and Research and the vehicle builders to discuss matters affecting the industry. |
| Capricorn Society |
|
It acts as a critical intermediary in the automotive value chain by facilitating strategic partnerships between its members and leading automotive suppliers. The idea behind a co-operative like Capricorn is simple, it's all based on people working together. |
| Australian Industry & Defence Network (AIDN) |
|
AIDN also represents member bodies on Department of Defence fora and at relevant seminars. Importantly, AIDN represents the SME perspective in the development of Defence Industry Policy. |
Community Support |
| Victorian University |
|
Part of this was a joint funding with the Victorian Government for student development in a partnership program. FDA believes most of its customers are extremely confident of the future and we share that passion for Australia's youth and its manufacturing base. |
